If folks in In\u00addi\u00adana and that great leg\u00adis\u00adla\u00adtion\u2014-and they want to pass a bill that re\u00adally is some\u00adthing called &#8220;Right to Work&#8221;, have a con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adtional amend\u00adment that guar\u00adan\u00adtees every cit\u00adi\u00adzen a right to a job. That is a right to work.
