Every day it is visited by millions of people, all of whom rely on \u201cThe Worldwide Leader in News\u201d\u2014that\u2019s our slogan\u2014for the most crucial, up-to-date information on current events. So, you may ask, why was this morning\u2019s top story, a spot usually given to the most important foreign or domestic news of the day, headlined \u201cMiley Cyrus Did What???\u201d and accompanied by the subhead \u201cTwerks, stuns at VMAs\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a good question. And the answer is pretty simple.
