Congress is in violation of the Constitution, as this body has been entrusted with sacred fiduciary responsibilities on behalf of the People; sworn an oath; yet is on track to become the least productive Congress in history. Frivolous spending and wasting of taxpayer dollars on a lawsuit against the President; excessive investigations on IRS and Benghazi; and shutting down the Government are additional shortcomings of this body.
