Elijah E. Cummings about the <a href=\"http:\/\/democrats.oversight.house.gov\/the-middle-class-prosperity-project\" title=\"Middle Class Prosperity Program\" target=\"_blank\">Middle Class Prosperity Project Forum<\/a> that he is co-hosting with Sen. Elizabeth Warren.<\/p>\n<p>He gets short shrift in this interview, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=QnVkrhhuQ80#t=325\" title=\"The video on YouTube\" target=\"_blank\">Warren and Cummings on MSNBC&#8217;s Morning Joe<\/a>, but at least he does get to field a few questions.
