Financial blogger <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nakedcapitalism.com\/2015\/03\/secs-andrew-bowden-regulator-sale.html\"  target=\"_blank\">Yves Smith of Naked Capitalism<\/a>, a former investment banker and management consultant, writes that Bowden \u201creveals himself to be captured to an embarrassing degree. His remarks about the industry aren\u2019t merely fawning\u2026.
