Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) said in a statement to The Hill.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is our constitutional duty as members of Congress to place a check on the executive branch in matters of war and peace,&#8221; she said.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>One thing you can say for 45 is that he has caused a few people to stiffen their spines, and stand up to what he is doing.  To be fair to Rep.
