How does that help our system of government?\u201d<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nSotomayor then drilled down and posed an even sharper follow-up question to Murphy: \u201cIt\u2019s OK to stack the decks so that for 10 years\u2014or an indefinite period of time\u2014one party, even though it gets a minority of votes, can\u2019t get \u2026 the majority of seats?\u201d\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Murphy couldn&#8217;t come up with a truthful answer to any of these questions.
