I certainly can&#8217;t vouch for anything in this article, but there was a YouTube video that I found interesting &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/b2SOoNQp_30\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Introducing the U.S. Digital Service. White House, Aug. 20, 2014<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align:center\">\n    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/b2SOoNQp_30?rel=0\" style=\"border: thick ridge #009900;\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div>\n<p>I said at the time that the healthcare.gov fiasco was a management problem more than anything else.  Reading, at the time, about how it was managed and comparing it to my own experience in the software engineering business, I never would have allowed this process to occur in any project that I managed.
