Their web page is <a href=\"https:\/\/panquake.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Panquake Talk Liberation: Powerful, next generation messaging technology<\/a>.  Their <a href=\"https:\/\/panquake.com\/about.php\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">about page<\/a> is is a little too vague for me.
